Just the bright light in what can be very overwhelming.Reached out to Mike by phone , and he actually answered. Working with Mike made the whole Medicare application process a lot easier! There are so many options, and so many companies offering supplemental policies that it’s hard to know what to do. I decided to keep working after I turned 65, so Mike walked me through applying for Part A, and then when I decided to retire he helped me with Part B and a Medicare Advantage plan.
Mike has been great about answering my questions, even the stupid ones 🙂 Things did get a little complicated with my Part B application, but Mike was on top of it and helped me get things resolved.

He made it all so easy and he was unbelievably patient with us as we learned about all the complications and decisions we needed to deal with for Medicare. They do not make it easy on us older folks and thank goodness Mike is there with all his knowledge and expertise with insurance and Medicare. Mike was great to work with. He was able to fill in all the gaps of the information I did not know. Since my spouse was already retired and on my insurance through my job, he guided us on when each of us should sign up for Medicare and provided the necessary forms needed.
